"Though on the surface the customer service seems quality, they do not do their due diligence when it comes to ensuring you have the protection you need. State Farm was not there to help life go right. They left my home under insured and when my basement flooded, it was not covered. You go to see a lawyer for legal advice and because they are a specialist in their field. Same goes for insurance which was not my experience with Ty. I am left to foot thousands of dollars in clean up and repairs while State Farm continues to refuse to take any responsibility. I would not recommend Ty and I would not recommend State Farm."

"I cancelled my policy because they kept increasing my rate over an issue with DSS enrollment (they did not send me a beacon so I wasn't able to enroll.) They still took my payment 5 days after the policy was already cancelled, and refunded me $63 less than what I was owed and refuse to give me the rest over more DSS issues that don't make sense. Don't expect to save money with this company. The only redeeming factor is the guy on the phone was nice."
